Daily Haiku: July 23, 2019

Paul Beech’s haiku has many layers of ‘why’ and sadness for me. Well done!

  1. Thanks, Al.

The haiku was inspired by an attic window observation one stormy night as I was walking down to our local shops in Connah’s Quay. I’m pleased to tell you that Maureen and I moved house recently, a little deeper into Wales. We now live on the side of Halkyn Mountain with fabulous views over the Dee Estuary below. Still tons to do to get straight but never mind!

    Best,

    Paul
